Goal setting

In this seminar, participants improve their spoken and written English in equal measure. Using a modular approach, they develop their own personal list of simple sentences and phrases that make writing emails easier. In order to be able to conduct telephone conversations confidently, participants will learn standard phrases that structure the course of the conversation and a "survival strategy" that will help them keep even difficult conversations under control.
