About me

I have a degree in Business Administration and Social Economics (Entrepreneurship) and have been working as an independent personal and team coach, trainer and consultant since 2012. As a systemically trained team developer and business coach (DBVC), I combine experience in the business environment with my ‘consultant gene’. My core topics are getting people and organisations moving, encouraging them to shape and support necessary change processes.

I have over 15 years of experience as a project manager, consultant and manager in business and consulting (from my time advising medium-sized companies at Roland Berger and the Tchibo Group) – in addition to a great deal of curiosity about people, cultures and further camping adventures. Through my own experience as a manager, I am familiar with the requirements for onboarding processes and the importance of team development, successfully moderated decision-making and change processes, and individual employee development.

Lateral thinking, questioning and conceptual work – all this in an appreciative, passionate and respectful way characterises me. My workshops are result and process-oriented, on an equal footing – and always with a good dose of fun and ease.

My areas of expertise (working languages: German and English):

  • Team management: mission, teamwork, team skills, team performance
  • Executive coaching: (the first) leadership role & differentiation, leadership style, motivation
  • Change management in organisations (consulting, team development, moderation, coaching), e.g. for reorganisations, cultural changes, process optimisations
  • Personal development: development of individual success strategies
  • Start-up advice & job coaching: assessment of the current situation, business concept & business plan, conversation/negotiation training
