About me

My main objective is to understand people in their individual characteristics and situations both analytically and emotionally. I am a psychologist, business coach and author. When advising people and organisations, I value a trusting relationship and an integrative consulting approach that offers solutions from different perspectives. Transactional analysis, systemic approaches, techniques according to Milton Erickson and Introvision form the foundation of my work.

Thanks to my many years of experience in a management consultancy, I have extensive experience in coaching executives at various levels and in team development. Building personal and organisational resilience, professional reorientation and burnout prevention are just as important to me as all topics related to personal development.
