Goal setting

In this seminar, participants learn how to conduct successful negotiations. They will develop appropriate techniques, plan negotiations and conduct them. There is also targeted, intensive feedback. They will also learn how to deal confidently with critical dialogue situations and conflicts. In practical role plays, participants practise consistently pursuing their negotiation strategy and presenting their point of view clearly - while at the same time being polite and fair to their negotiating partner.
