Professional English Seminars

Social Skills in English

Meetings with foreign business partners often end over dinner in a restaurant - and business English is replaced by casual small talk. These small yet important conversations on the fringes of business can sometimes be more of a challenge than the official negotiations themselves.

Goal setting

This seminar teaches participants how to have a relaxed conversation with English-speaking colleagues that goes beyond business. How do you introduce yourself correctly, what polite phrases do you use and when, and what questions do you ask to keep a conversation going? It's often more about the "how" than the "what" to create a pleasant atmosphere for conversation. Many practical role plays and exercises round off the seminar.
